RTW Malaysia Strengthens Team Spirit Through Taman Negara Adventure

The RTW Malaysia team recently embarked on an exciting 2 Days 1 Night team-building adventure at Taman Negara, bringing colleagues from different offices together to strengthen teamwork, build lasting connections, and experience the beauty of one of Malaysia’s oldest tropical rainforests, estimated to be over 130 million years old.

The adventure began with an exhilarating rapid shooting experience along the Tembeling River, followed by an unforgettable night trekking session through the rainforest, where participants discovered the unique sights and sounds of the jungle after dark.

On the second day, the group completed a rewarding hike to Teresik Hill, approximately 1,096 feet (334 metres) above sea level, taking in breathtaking rainforest views while demonstrating perseverance, collaboration, and mutual support every step of the way.

Beyond the adventure, the programme created unforgettable memories as colleagues truly enjoyed every moment together, sharing laughter, embracing new experiences, and strengthening relationships across the team. More importantly, it reinforced RTW’s commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture where collaboration, trust, and shared experiences continue to inspire stronger connections.
